Unable to sign up for a free trial as email is already in use

Unable to sign up for a free trial as it says "An account is already set-up for this email address. Please click here to sign in"

If you are trying to sign up for our free trial and you are receiving the error message "An account is already set-up for this email address. Please click here to sign in" unfortunately our system has recognized that you have previously signed up for a free trial and we do not allow more that one trial per account!  

If you do need more time testing before committing to a subscription, we recommend signing up for one month to continue trialing the platform. (If you have a large team, maybe try just one subscription first and then add more later.)

To sign up, log in to SmartRoutes using the same email and password that you previously used for the trial. Then you can upgrade your account by selecting a plan on the following screen.
