User Not Found Error Message: What to Do Next

Learn what to do next when encountering the 'User Not Found' error while logging into your SmartRoutes account.

If you have tried to log into your SmartRoutes account and the error message “user not found” comes up, don’t fret.

It is possible you are trying to log in with a different email address to the one you used to set up your account.

[Remember, if someone else in your organisation set up the account, they will need to add you to their team before you can log in].

If you aren’t completely sure which email you used to set up your account, you can email us on support@smartroutes.io. Let us know what company you work for and we’ll do our best to find the correct email you need to log in.
